Ingredients
Cooking spray, for pan
- 1 c.
nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 c.
self-rising flour
- 1
egg white, beaten
Toppings of choice, like everything bagel seasoning, poppy seeds, cinnamon-sugar
Directions
- Step 1Heat the oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and flour until it forms a dough.
- Step 2Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead the dough until it comes together and isn’t as sticky. Pat the dough until a circle, then cut it into four equal parts.
- Step 3Roll each 3/4-inch thick, then pinch the ends together. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and continue with the remaining dough.
- Step 4Brush each bagel with egg wash, then sprinkle with toppings.
- Step 5Bake for about 25 minutes, until cooked through.
