Cajun seasoning is a newfound kitchen staple for me. I've never thought to turn to it for cooking pasta or salmon, but the world loves it, so I decided to give it a try. Now? I can't get enough. Cajun seasoning is a blend of all the good stuff: garlic and onion powders, paprika, cayenne, and dried herbs. It's good added to almost any protein, but it's especially delicious added to a creamy pasta dish like this Cajun Angel Hair.
The pasta has the most rich and creamy sauce and it's so easy, which makes it even better. To make the sauce, you just need white wine, heavy cream, Parm, and cheddar. It might sound heavy, but the angel hair does wonders in lightening it up. I almost went with fettuccine or linguine and was so happy that angel hair made the cut because it was the perfect amount of richness. Beyond cajun seasoning, garlic, green onions, and paprika make this pasta sauce packed with flavor.
