Antipasto Squares

Crescent roll dough is a frequent player in many of our most popular appetizer recipes, and there might be no better example of its abilities than in these antipasto squares. We piled ham, pepperoni, two types of cheese and pepperoncinis between these crescent rolls before brushing with Parmesan, oregano, and olive oil. The resulting shareable squares are not only buttery, flaky perfection, but are hearty enough to keep your guests satisfied throughout your holiday party or game day.

We think this combination of ingredients and flavors are perfect, but feel free to get creative with these squares. Swap the cheese for your favorite melty variety, add roasted red peppers, or even sliced olives. Looking to really shake things up? Turn these squares into Philly cheesesteak sliders or French dip sliders by swapping out the buns included in those recipes for crescent dough.
