Missing out on hamburger buns is certainly one of the harder components of Keto, but you don't have to skip the buns! Sure, lettuce wraps are great, but when you are craving some bread with your burger make these Keto friendly buns. You'll never feel left out at the bbq again. Take these low-carb Bic Mac burgers, but use your keto friendly buns to finish them off or simply grill up your favorite burger with some cheese and bacon and have the best keto dinner ever. Top them with any of your favorite dried herbs or some shredded cheddar! These buns will last in an air tight container for a couple of days or they can be wrapped tightly in a freezer safe container and frozen for a few months. Let thaw at room temperature or in a 350° oven for about 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 c.
shredded mozzarella
- 4 oz.
cream cheese
- 3
large eggs
- 3 c.
almond flour
- 2 tsp.
baking powder
- 1 tsp.
kosher salt
- 4 tbsp.
butter, melted
Sesame seeds
Dried parsley
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt together mozzarella and cream cheese.
- Step 2Add eggs and stir to combine then add almond flour, baking powder and salt. Form dough into 6 balls and flatten slightly then place on prepared baking sheet.
- Step 3Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley. Bake until golden, 10-12 minutes.
