- 6 slices bacon
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1/4 c. finely chopped chives
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/3 c. baking soda

Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 375° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2In a medium skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels, then chop.
- Step 3In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, and chives. Mix until evenly combined and season with salt and pepper.
