This Churro Iced Coffee Float is Summer in A Glass

The star of this icy double-shot-espresso creation is a creamer that hits all the right notes: sweet, spicy, and totally decadent.

Ingredients
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. half-and-half
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Dash of pure vanilla extract
- 2 shots espresso
- ice
- cold cream soda
- vanilla ice cream
- cinnamon sugar
Directions
- Step 1In a small saucepan over low heat, combine condensed milk, half-and-half, and cinnamon sticks.
- Step 2Cook on low for 8 minutes to infuse with the cinnamon; remove from heat, add vanilla, discard cinnamon sticks, and pour into heat-proof glass jar. Refrigerate creamer (it will keep for one week).
- Step 3Make espresso (we used a Krups Super Automatic Coffee Machine). Pour espresso shots into a tall glass, add ice and 2 ounces churro creamer, and top off with cream soda.
- Step 4Garnish with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
