Disneyland is pulling out all the stops this year to make sure Halloween at the theme park is extra spooky. Just a few weeks after releasing Nightmare Before Christmas-themed popcorn buckets and a Bat Wing Raspberry Sundae, Disneyland is now selling a seasonal, Halloween-themed cocktail (because who said Disneyland was just for kids?) complete with a glowing ice cube and an eyeball.
If you have plans to visit the theme park at any point between now and Halloween, you can buy the ghostly drink at Disneyland's Cove Bar restaurant. Unlike every other cocktail on the restaurant's menu, the drink doesn't boast a special name, as it only goes by the "Halloween Specialty Cocktail." But just because its name is ordinary doesn't mean that the drink itself is.
The $14 cocktail is made with vodka and Chambord that's mixed together and tinted to a dark purple color. Inside of the drink is where customers will find one glowing ice cube and an "eyeball" that's really just a colored maraschino cherry stuffed inside of a lychee. As an added touch, the cocktail glass its served in is also rimmed with purple sugar crystals.
So now you have yet another reason to get to Disneyland ASAP. To really amp up your experience, just make sure that you order this delightful cocktail along with Cove Bar's Ghost-ly Pepper Nachos.
