We’ve created our fair share of creative recipes to use up Thanksgiving leftovers, but this Thanksgiving ring lets one of our favorite ingredients shine: crescent rolls. We stuff our crescent rolls—shaped in a shareable, stunning ring—with all our favorites: mashed potatoes, stuffing, leftover turkey, and cranberry sauce. Served with leftover gravy for dunking (of course), this Thanksgiving ring is the simple, easy appetizer (or meal!) to make in the days after the holiday, whether you just can’t be bothered to cook anything else or can’t get enough of all the Thanksgiving sides.
While we love this combination of leftovers, you don’t have to limit yourself to what we included here. Feel free to add in leftover veggies, or anything that’s hanging out in your fridge from the holiday that you want to use up. When stuffing your ring, be careful not to overdo it: while a bit of spillage is totally fine, you want to avoid this ring becoming overly messy.
No leftover gravy? No problem! Our gravy without drippings recipe makes it easy to whip up more of this staple in no time. If you have plenty of leftover cranberry sauce, that’s always a welcome addition for dunking as well.
