If you're entertaining this weekend, you need to do one thing: Make this gigantic mimosa jug. It's the easiest way to serve a champagne cocktail to all your friends, without having to pour each one individually. You can basically do whatever combo of champagne, juice, and fruit that you fancy. The one thing I'd suggest definitely keeping is the raspberry liqueur (or some type of fruity liqueur), which will give some depth to the drink.

I went for a combo of pineapple and orange juices, which is always a winner, but you could go apple cider, straight O.J., or mango juice. Just make sure to garnish with a lot of fruit to make it colorful and party ready.
