Garlicky Crab Bread Dip
The only thing better than cheesy crab dip is cheesy crab dip surrounded by fluffy bread.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
- 1
(8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c.
mayonnaise
- 3
cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp.
lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp.
onion powder
- 12 oz.
lump crab meat, drained
- 1 c.
shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 c.
freshly grated Parmesan
- 3 tbsp.
freshly chopped parsley, divided (plus more for garnish)
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
- 1
tube refrigerated French bread dough (such as Pillsbury)
- 4 tbsp.
melted butter

Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350° and grease an oven-safe skillet with cooking spray.
- Step 2In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and zest, and onion powder and stir until cream cheese is very smooth. Fold in crab meat, mozzarella, Parmesan, and 2 tablespoons parsley and season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3Cut French bread dough into 16 pieces and roll each piece into a small ball. Place bread balls around the perimeter of prepared skillet, then brush with butter and sprinkle garlic powder and remaining 1 tablespoon parsley on top. Add crab mixture to the center of the dough ring.
- Step 4Bake until bread is golden and cooked through and cheese is bubbly, about 25 minutes.
- Step 5Serve warm.
