Comfort food season is in full swing and we couldn't be happier about it. To celebrate, we're stuffing our faces with these pizza garlic knots. YES—pizza. Brace yourself for the cheesy knots of glory.
Honestly, there are almost too many amazing things happening—garlic-butter, pepperoni, fluffy biscuits, SO MUCH MOZZARELLA! Each little ball is an explosion of pizza flavor. It's impossible to stop eating.
Because we like to make things as easy as possible in order to eat sooner, I used refrigerated biscuit dough. (I find it easier to roll out and stretch than fresh pizza dough.)Each biscuit round gets rolled flat, cut in half, brushed with garlic butter and filled with cheese and pepperoni. I pinched and sealed the dough before tying the knot, but don't drive yourself crazy. Messy still tastes good.
