The International House of Pancakes (IHOP) is really honoring the first part of its name with two new menu additions to the chain's International Pancake Menu. IHOP guests can choose either Italian Cannoli pancakes or Mexican Churro pancakes. If you're like me, you'll be going for the Italian Cannoli first. They're literally your fave Italian dessert but made with pancakes, and CIAO, I am here for it.

Per IHOP's website, the Italian Cannoli pancakes begin with buttermilk pancakes that are rolled (to look like giant cannoli!) and filled with sweet ricotta cream and pieces of chocolate. The "cannoli" are then topped with crunchy pieces of actual cannoli shells, chocolate chips, and whipped cream.

I definitely couldn't eat these for breakfast, but they sound like a super decadent dessert! The Mexican Churro buttermilk pancakes are layered with warm cinnamon spread, crunchy mini churros, and sweet cream cheese icing. Plus, whipped cream on top, obviously.

The only reasonable way to go about trying IHOP's new pancakes is to grab a friend (or two) and order BOTH the Italian Cannoli and Mexican Churro pancakes. Shall we?
