As a midwest native living in New York City I'm surrounded by good food, but nothing (and I do mean nothing) compares to an authentic Chicago-style pizza—preferably of the Lou Malnati's variety. But now, to satisfy said craving, I've resorted to Lay's Deep Dish 'Za chips.

And you know what, they're great! Better than great! They're made with real cheese, Parmesan AND Romano, so this isn't the artificial sh*t either. The flavor is inspired by a real-life Chicago pizzeria, too: Giordano's. I know I already admitted to being a Lou Malnati's stan, but this place is a pretty close second.

Costco Insider shared the breaking snack news to Instagram last weekend. "DEEP DISH PIZZA?! 🍕 Who’s tried these and how were they?" they captioned the shot of stocked shelves. Yes! Stocked shelves! The Deep Dish potato chips are currently available at select Costco retailers and are listed online at Target.com.

ICYMI, the pizza Lay's first debuted last summer as part of the brand's Tastes of America launch, along with seven other regional flavors. The line included New England Lobster Roll, Chesapeake Bay Crab Spice, Chile Con Queso, Thai Sweet Chili, and more. All of which were a massive hit. In fact, according to the Chicago Tribune seven of the eight flavors sold out within a week.
