Carrot Patch Brownies
This Easter dessert is not only ridiculously adorable, but so easy to make. A boxed brownie mix is the base to our dessert, topped with chocolate frosting, crushed Oreos, white chocolate-covered strawberries, and Robin Eggs candies. It's the perfect shareable treat that is so easy to make, even the kids can get involved in making and decorating them.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
- 1
box brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on box
- 1 1/2 c.
white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp.
coconut oil
Orange food coloring
- 15
large strawberries
- 1
tub chocolate frosting
- 18
Oreos, crushed (about 1 1/2 cups)
Robin Eggs candies, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9”-x-13” baking pan with cooking spray. Line pan with parchment paper and spray parchment paper with cooking spray.
- Step 2Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick has moist crumbs, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Step 3In a microwave safe bowl combine white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20 second intervals until smooth. Add orange food coloring until desired color is reached.
- Step 4Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pierce each strawberry with a toothpick through the green tops and dunk strawberries in orange chocolate, repeating to coat, if necessary. Place on lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
- Step 5Remove cooled brownies from pan and frost with chocolate frosting, then top with crushed Oreos. Top brownies with strawberries and garnish with Robin Eggs.
