Some thrilling news on this dreary day: Le Creuset is soon launching a "Spring Metallic Collection" which will debut six pieces of cookware in metallic-y pastel colors that mermaid fans everywhere will love. The three different shades are ones that already exist—Meringue, Provence, and Coastal Blue—but have been given a shimmery sheen. Some of the products are already available at Bloomingdales.

First up in the line are the mugs, which will go for $18 and are the same Le Creuset mugs you've grown to know and love...just in three pretty new colors. Next are the new espresso mugs, which will also come in all three colors but will be $6 cheaper than their bigger coffee-carrying friends.
The mini cocottes run for $26 a piece, and they're not only great for individual dished (hello, mac & cheese-only dinner parties) but for displaying and serving prettier snacks. See? Do you not want to put a handful of berries all up in these and take pictures?
Finally—and here's where things get fun—Le Creuset is also dropping three different sizes of canisters. These'll only come in Meringue and Coastal Blue, but you'll be able to get them in two-and-a-half quart, one-and-a-half quart, and 23-ounce sizes. The prices on those range from $42-62.
All of these products will be available on LeCreuset.com, in Le Creuset Signature Stores and at high-end retailers starting May 1.
