Bloggers sometimes dream up the most quirky, crafty, bizarre, BRILLIANT ideas. Like these edible sprinkle bowls. Meant for serving ice cream, the bowls are made of chocolate. But how to get the right mold? That's where This Heart of Mine blogger Amy Christie struck gold: BALLOONS. You blow up the balloons to your desired bowl size (how many scoops can YOU eat?!) and dip the balloon in melted chocolate, then roll in sprinkles to form your bowl. THAT'S IT.

We were so in awe of this balloon-melted chocolate method that we had to see if it would really work—or if it fell under "deceivingly simple Pinterest traps" (we know those far too well). Fortunately, Amy's pictures didn't lie; these stupid-easy edible chocolate bowls come together in 10 minutes and will amaze you throughout the process.

You can choose milk, dark, or white chocolate—whichever you like—and then coat in sprinkles. While you wait for them to harden in the freezer, gather your sundae ingredients and get ready to really scream for ice cream.
