Ingredients
- 2 c.
dill pickle slices
- 1/2 c.
plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 c.
finely grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp.
dried oregano
- 1 tsp.
garlic powder
- 1
large egg, whisked with 1 tbsp. water
Ranch dressing, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, stir bread crumbs, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Step 2Dredge pickles in egg, then in bread crumb mixture. Transfer to a plate.
- Step 3Working in batches, in an air-fryer basket, arrange pickles in a single layer. Cook at 400° until golden brown and crisp, about 10 minutes.
- Step 4Serve with ranch dressing alongside.
